No Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons other than damage during transit.
Exchange for Damaged Products Only
  • Reporting Damage: Please email us at inquiry@lakiren.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • To Process the Exchange, Kindly Include:
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Your order number
  • Once we verify the details, we will arrange an exchange of the same product.

    If the damaged product is out of stock, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days.
